About Me:

I started Pragmatista.com and our agency service to focus on delivering thoughtful and practical solutions that demonstrate the impact and positive uses of AI and to create a thriving community where people can share ideas, learn, and advance AI technology in positive and impactful ways.

With the recent advancement of AI language models and tons of workflow automation tooling available, it is possible to scale business operations with fewer resources unlike anytime before.  Large Language Models (LLMs) in particular, have been trained on vast amounts of text. They are capable of generating human-like responses and insightful answers. When skillfully prompted, tools like ChatGPT coupled with automation tools can drastically reduce time on repetitive tasks. It's like having an assistant that's not only quick and responsive but also continually learning and adapting to serve you better...and always ready to go.

We are only at the beginning of a shift towards a new economic era powered by AI. While it's unclear how AI will shape our future, but the mandate is clear...we need to lead the transformation or risk getting left behind.

Over the past 20+ years, I have helped companies turn complex data into actionable insights as well as automating business processes to optimize productivity and value. Today, my mission and purpose is the same...continue learning, adapting, and using the latest and proven technologies to optimize productivity. I hope you'll consider joining me in this journey!

My Current Projects:

I'm currently working on a solution that would extract customer complaint feedback, perform sentiment analysis, and classify the information and automatically generate detailed tasks and follow-up communication strategies to remediate the customer relationship. In high volume situations, this type of task would be difficult to achieve at scale so many complaints go unresolved, leading to potentially adverse reputational damage.

The Personal Side:

When I'm not geeking out on AI and tech gadgets, I enjoy hiking, camping, and visiting state and national parks around the country. I really love live music and was thrilled to be able to see my favorite band Lord Huron perform at Red Rocks Amphitheater in Colorado.
